I already have a full kyc with niyox app and equitas bank. I still am getting the error on niyo sbm that my ckyc cannot be found.
Hey Apurv! Please note that CKYC and Full KYC are not the same. While you can have full KYC accounts with different banks, a CKYC record is updated only if you hold a Mutual Funds account or if your Bank has updated your details to the central repository. LK
