CKYC Conditions error

How to contact niyo because on customer care number it is saying call only through your registered number and tried calling from both my numbers but the call isn’t getting forwarded to customer care officer it gets disconnected before that. Plz provide any alternate way or number to contact niyo.

@iamadityamalik Hi, I have got updated my ckyc.and got my 14 digit ckyc number.
I tried creating the account again but still I see the same error attached here

Also tried checking the status from website: Know Your Status , i see a record which says NORMAL KYC for KYC FLAG and says IPV done.

Please help me create my account and get the card as soon as possible

Hi can u please share how u did the ckyc. what is the procedure to do it

@Jomya_Merlin_George i had visited bank aanf filled up a form there and submitted the proof of my aadhar, pan, photo along with it.

Within 3 days my ckyc number got generated

Will any bank work?
Which bank did u go to
