CKYC Condition Error

I am trying to open an account with Niyo Global by SBM but I am stuck at CKYC as it is showing that the server is not responding. I already have a CKYC register number

I DM you and its been two days still no update will you pls do the needful and help me out as I will be travelling in next 15 days and if I have to take niyo forex card then further waiting won’t be helpful
