Chequebook on savings account

The chequebooks are being issued to the NiyoX user on request if the signature is updated in the bank records. One chequebook is free per quarter on request. The charge beyond the free limit is 2/- per leaf.

How to check if signatures are updated in the bank records or not? Branch is not at all helpful, they are saying to contact NiyoX as they opened our account and not the branch,

Hi @billubakra, you can follow the below steps to get the chequebook delivered to your communication address, via the Equitas Bank net banking portal

  1. Log in to Equitas Bank net banking portal
  2. Click on ‘Service Request’ > ‘Chequebook services’ > ‘Chequebook Request’ > ‘Proceed’

Please note that you will receive one chequebook with 10 cheque leaves. The chequebook will be delivered to your communication address in 7 - 10 working days. We request you to contact your home branch for updates on the delivery status. kindly get in touch with them at 1800 103 1222 on working days between 9 AM to 6 PM or send a mail to customerservice@equitas.com mentioning your concern and the team will do their best to help you.

Have tried that many times but it says that signature not available in ur account. visit nearest branch or use our video assisted services within mobile/internet banking to update your signatures. The employees in the branch are not helpful at home. They keep on saying to contact niyox as they opened our account. where is the option for this video assisted services so that we can update the signatures online?

Login to Equitas net banking through the link here (EquitasConsumerApp )

Service Request > Video Assisted Services > Signature Change Request > Select Account Number and ID Proof and upload ID Proof > Proceed.

Once your signature is updated,

  1. Log in to Equitas Bank’s net banking portal.
  2. Click on ‘Service Request’ > ‘Chequebook services’ > ‘Chequebook Request’ > ‘Proceed’

Please note that you will receive one chequebook with 10 cheque leaves. The chequebook will be delivered to your communication address in 7-10 working days. We request you contact your home branch for updates on the delivery status.

Tried the video assisted services from various devices after uploading pan but it never connects to an agent citing geolocation data error
