Charge back for a wrongly placed order.

I was charged ₹10k through my Debit card for a online service that I didn’t wish to get. It was an automatic payment and I wasn’t notified before the payment went through neither I received any otp for validating the transaction. The payment happened at night when I was sleeping automatically.
I want to charge back the merchant as it was a card payment.
Will I receive my money back?

Hello @Debasish_Sarma! We regret the inconvenience caused. We suggest you block your card permanently/temporarily to avoid any further unauthorized transactions and can order the replacement card anytime. Also, change the credentials frequently & not share them with anyone.
