Card data compromised

My card data has been compromised coz as soon as I unlock my card, It gets randomly charged which i have to request for chargeback. Do i need to block the card and get a new one or do i have another option

Yes, the chargeback has been successful and i appreciate it. I would like to know that whether i will be charged for the new card or not as in my case, the card data is compromised

You’ll be charged a fee of Rs.249+GST for card replacement.

Is there a way the charges for the new card can be omitted
