Booking.com cannot charge the card!

I have all the limits and blocks checked and still Booking.com says they are not able to charge my card !!

As we checked, Merchant Booking.com is not integrated with SI Hub. Hence, transactions got declined. We request you delete your card details added on the merchant site and then try to make a ONE-TIME transaction. It should be processed successfully.-WB
