# ATM withdrawal limit exhausted

My ATM withdrawal limit is exhausted as shown in ATM machine and I am not able to do any ATM withdrawal but I have not yet reached any of the limits as per my card…
My total monthly transaction is only 60k and not 3lac as per the card limit and nor have I withdrawn 1lac in a day…
So how my limit is exhausted…
Please resolve my issue so that I can do some withdrawal of momey

Hey @Sharif_Ahmad! As we’ve checked, you have reached the yearly limit of 7.5 Lac for ATM withdrawal due to which you were unable to make the ATM withdrawals. The new limits will be set for the next calendar year. We recommend you use your card for the other modes of transactions i.e. PoS and Ecom transactions.

I couldn’t withdraw my amount also as you told it will be set from new year for sharif, my limit is exceeded back but today it is 2024 jan1st but still i couldnt withdraw my amount not even 100$ what’s the issue
