Atm withdraw problem

We aren’t sure why you are unable to withdraw the funds from ATM. We’d request you to check if you have enabled the transaction modes and set ATM withdrawal limits. You may check that in your app by navigating to Menu > Savings Account > Card Settings > Card Locks.

If ATM withdrawal is active, check the transaction limits under Card Limits.

If both are enabled and set, try at a different ATM. If the issue still persists, reach out to our live chat support team through the app by going to Menu > Support options.
