We tried calling you, but unfortunately couldn’t connect. As per the bank’s review, a transaction made on 08th November with the merchant “Rocket “ was initially debited and immediately refunded. However, the merchant has now raised a claim for the same amount. We request you to kindly coordinate with the merchant directly for further clarification on this transaction.
Please feel free to reach out to us if you need any additional assistance from our end—we’re here to help.
Hi ! I need help in closing my Secured credit card . Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated
I have put the FD and got the card , now would like to close the card with my FD . Request your intervention, as I tried reaching the customer care email it’s been more than 6 months and I am still stuck incurring the interest charges . Kindly help me to fix this issue asap
Thank you for taking the time to speak with us @San14. As discussed, upon reviewing your account, we noticed that the total outstanding amount currently exceeds your FD value. Please note that the FD withdrawal is allowed only when the Secured Credit Card (SCC) usage is below 90%.
To proceed with the FD settlement, we request you to clear the overdue amount and then retry closing the FD from the app. If you need any assistance at any step, please feel free to reach out via the in-app live chat or write to us at global@goniyo.com — we’re always happy to help!
I tried to pay tution fee deposit thru DCB Niyo Global card at University of Glasglow, the amount was first debit and then refunded immediately. Not sure why. Also the debit has been reduced from my TCS limit although the said payment was reversed.
