Applied for Re-issue for my Signature Card on 02/02/2022. No update afterwards

I have applied for a reissue of my debit card and it got sanctioned as my card went to the permanent block stage. Even though I didn’t do anything from my end, it could not get unblocked. So you guys issued me a new card on the date mentioned. Today is 02/25. I haven’t heard back from you guys yet.
