Annual fees if zero balance is maintained

I typically keep a zero balance on my Niyo DCB Global Card.

Whenever I need to make an online transaction, I transfer the appropriate amount and execute the transaction.

How will the annual fee be taken from my account in this case? Will I see a negative balance which will then be reconciled the next time I transfer cash to the account?
