Annoying Glitch - Pending Actions

Even after activating my debit card, there is notification under pending actions for activation of the card. I have repeatedly informed you via live chat. Thrice it was informed that the same will be removed shortly. But nothing was done till today. Kindly rectify the glitch.

@Deepak, Full KYC done and received debit card also long back but still showing Pending Actions in APP. Which is very irritating every time open the APP.
