Amounted deducted but transaction failed.

I received my salary today and was transferring the amount to my NiyoX account to my personal bank account. The transaction failed but all my money got debited but wasn’t credited to the receiving account. So I am basically left with no money. This is the first time this has happened and my disappointment is beyond words. If there is an issue then the amount SHOULD NOT GET DEBITED! I am so stuck right now. Any help is appreciated.
