It has been highlighted to our team and they are working on it. Unfortunately, it’s taking an unusual time and we sincerely apologize for it. We are constantly following up with our team to have this fixed. It would be great if you can allow us some more time. In the meantime, you may use your NiyoX which offers a 0 forex mark-up for international transactions
Same issue with me. How much time do you need? Gonna rate the app 1 rating and ask other to do the same. I was initially asked for 1-2 day and then 5 days and then 7 days and now they said to wait “more” time but not quantifying…

If you’re not capable of get me a 0 maintenance cost forex card, I’ll try from somewhere else.
