Account verification pending for a month

Hi

My niyo global account verification has been pending for almost a month now, I have tried contacting people on the live chat, they say it will take 3-4 days, but it has not been resolved till now. You guys are not at all transparent about what is the problem, and despite providing all required information and signing all the forms we have to wait for a month just to create an account. Please resolve my issue ASAP since I require this account ASAP.

We completely understand your concern. This is certainly not the experience we wanted you to have. A few of our users are facing this onboarding issue. Our team is working predominantly harder to resolve this. Rest assured, you can count on us.
