URGENT - My account shows temporarily frozen and I can’t make any transactions. The customer support is not responding and the contact number given does not make us speak to any representative and deducts call charges.
This should be treated as urgent and needs to be resolved ASAP.
Even the debit card has still not reached me and it’s been over a month.
