During my account registration, I exceeded the limit trail because of passport file number.The passport file number i enterd my passportfilenumber correct but system error , i even try to contact live chat agent but they lack of information and they miss guided me with my adhar card date of birth issue and i changed my dop on adhar and after that i try to contack live chat agent before i try he said i can open account because i i changed my DOP in my adhar but it went wrong my all detail are correct my adhar and passport and pan are same name
but live chat have lack of information and miss guided me and eventually i use 7 trais and i try to tell my situation through Email but no responce so my account got blocked.Isn’t there any chance you can unblock my account?
I was talking on a live chat and he said there’s a policy that after 7 trials account gets blocked permanently. Can’t you just unblock as genuinely
I can also send a screenshot that every live chat members i talk with and they used to reply 6 yo 12 hours or more than 2 days they used to take reply .
This was my problem
Please let me know is their any way to unlock my account thank you
