Account registration exceeded

Hi

Exceeded the number of attempts to provide the passport number and the account is blocked. Can you unblock the number so that i can open the account? There is no option or buffer time period after which a user can try which is generally available in all other apps. Please provide a solution for the same at the earliest since my travel date is near and want to use your app.
