My account creation stuck more than 2 weeks and ticket created 1390201. Still no resolution. I am traveling abroad with in 2 weeks. No response from customer support.

As we checked, the CKYC details do not match our CKYC type which needs to be normal KYC type. Therefore, we wont be able to proceed with your onboarding.
We recommend you to check out our other product NiyoX or NIyo DCB if you’ve made travel plans in the upcoming days.
