My account is freezed i sent email to sbm customer care asking why i am unable to transfer money then they told me account is freezed before that didn’t even send any email that your account is freezed after that they asked some questions and documents i sent but it’s already been 14 days no response i am trying to contact support but unable to connect also niyo support is saying team is working on it i mean they are just waiting for sbm response or what?
