Account in Pending State

Hi Team,

My email id is jayahya1@gmail.com. my account is in pending state since last 3-4 months.when i emailed the global goniyo I’d, they said I’ve reached DBS Bank and not Niyo Global SBM.

Im super confused and dejected.

Need a fix right away if possible, have some international travel coming up.
