My account got mistakenly credited by the niyo team. This is a common mistake and the bank just debits the amount back after informing the customer. But I received a mail today stating that my account has been frozen till the amount is debited.
It literally takes just one second to debit the amount. Now, I am stuck in a foreign country with no card. And their customer service is so shitty. I messaged on what’s app, no reply even after 10 hours. I mailed them, no reply.
Please help. I am stuck.
