My account has been frozen. I can’t use my card anywhere. Your support team has zero knowledge and they keep asking me to check my withdrawal limits. I can’t send money to this account, I can’t take money from this account. I have a balance of ₹50k+ in the account and unable to withdraw it. What is going on? I have not even had this account for more than 2 weeks and you people already froze it, without even giving a warning? You are holding my funds hostage from me. I demand an escalation and a solution or I am taking this to court.
