Account debited four times for one transaction

, i did an online transaction on amazon.ca and my card is debited four times for the same amount,pls find below details

Niyo sbm seriously have to invest in their IT systems, it’s an amazing thing when it works smoothly but these small glitches like transaction declined and still account debited or account debited more than one time for a transaction are frustrating…

For a double debit or failed transaction where the amount has been debited from the account, usually, it takes up to 2-3 business days for the amount to be refunded to your account.

We’ve escalated this to our team and are following up with them on a priority basis. You’ll be updated on your ticket with the status of the refund at the earliest.
