Account Creation Pending since 30 days

My account creation shows pending since more than 30 days on Niyo global app, where in I am receiving account statements on my email from SMB Bank.

I have mailed a couple of times on the email address provided. But no resolution yet.

Please look into the matter. I have raised a ticket for the same as well. My ticket no.- 1265727

Its 15 days and counting and no solution yet. Feels like having the first impression of the service quality by Niyo.
