I submitted my Niyo Global application form one month ago and I waited for one week for wealth account creation also, but still when I am trying to login to my account it is showing the same technical error that is “account creation is pending. It will be created soon or else contact us after 2 hours.”
It’s been two weeks but no one has helped me in creating an account in Niyo Global.I have given numerous emails regarding this problem, but no one did the needful. I got an email from Niyo help centre that my problem will be resolved in 2-4 days but the problem is still continuing.
It’s my sincere request that you please give my problem priority and understand my situation and do the needful as soon as possible…

Inconvenience regretted! An issue seems to have occurred at the bank side while creating an account for you. This has been highlighted to our team and they are working on it. Unfortunately, it’s taking a longer time than expected and we do not have a tentative timeline for it. We’ll reach out to you as soon as we receive an update on this.
I am unable to open NiyoX account too…it is showing “phone verification failed” even though I have same phone number as default sim and I am not in a poor network area either.
Hi @Taneesh, this is something unusual. Kindly insert your SIM card into the first slot and try onboarding. You shouldn’t face any issues if in case of issues persist kindly write to us at onb-equitas@goniyo.com with the error screenshot our team will be happy to assist you better.
Sir I can’t use Niyo X account in Philippines. so I have only one option that is niyo global account. Please give my problem priority and please do the needful.

When I try to connect via the global niyo app, it asks me for the password I entered, but it appears “Format exception:invalid double null” I even tried contacting SBM bank regarding my issue they said they have opened my account in their bank , it is niyo global’s technical issue. I am sharing screenshot please do the needful.
I had also applied for Niyo global account 3days back and it is showing your wealth account opening will take upto 15 more days. My travel date is within 15 days now and i’m yet to apply for the physical card as well. Can we please speed up the process.

Your Company boasts with advertisements like instant account opening and verification and now i’m stuck on this page for more than 3days, My travel date is in first week of September and I also have to apply for physical card. I please request you to look into this matter at the earliest.
Hey @Anviz_Kumar! Inconvenience regretted! The onboarding for Niyo Global by SBM is based on CKYC. A few users are facing this issue while onboarding for Niyo SBM. We have notified our team, and they are working on it. Unfortunately, we do not have a tentative timeline for it. We’ll reach out to you upon receiving an update on this from our team.
Alternatively, you may try NiyoX offers a 0 forex mark-up for international transactions. The onboarding for NiyoX is different from Niyo Global. Hello @6301982547 Mani! It looks like your CKYC and Aadhaar details do not match. In this case, we shall not be able to create a Niyo Global By SBM account for you. Submitted niyo global application a month ago, stuck on account creation pending page, sent numerous mails to customer support, a call has come from the team asking about how’s my overall experience, I mentioned this problem, make it a priority and he said your account will be created in 2-3 days days, but hasn’t. its literally been weeks now, multiple tickets has been raised about this issue and still nothing. Not only publicity and marketing, you guys need to work on better service, it’s been an awful experience with niyo.
I sincerely request you guys to look into this, find out where the problem is and open my niyo account as soon as possible.
