Account created with sbm still it's pending on the app

I submitted all the documents, then my account got stuck in pending and told em to wait for 2 hours.
After few hours I got an email from SBM bank that my account have been successfully created but when i open the app it’s still showing pending.
What is this non sense, I need this card urgently I am travelling abroad soon.
I contacted customer care but got no reply for several days my ticket number is 1386029 .
Please do something, my account is created yet the app is showing pending.
