Account balance not updating after successful credits

Hi.

I have done 4 credit transactions to my Niyo Global SBM account and in all 4 transactions they money is deducted from my source but it is not reflecting on Niyo Global app. The account balance is not reflecting. Kindly help in sorting out this issue. This is an emergency from my side to do a payment using my Niyo card abroad. Kindly resolve the account balance upadate issue as soon as possible.
