Absolutely No Support from Niyo for Expediting the Onboarding Process

Today, I finally got access to my Niyo global account after a week of processing despite my repeated requests for faster processing. As an international student, my flight is on the 13th of September 2022 at 6:55 am. Now, when I inquired about whether I could receive my Card by Monday night in Central Mumbai, they said it would take 3 to 5 days for it to be delivered. I even asked if it could be sent to my London address but they refused. The only option I am left with is to close my account, sadly Niyo couldn’t expedite the process on my request so I could get my card within 9 working days.
