I need a replacement debit card but I need it delivered to a different address than what is currently registered. The app asked me to contact customer care (customercare@sbmbank.co.in) which I did almost two weeks back and got no response even after following up.
Please advise how to proceed? Is this not the customer care mail ID? The lack of response has been very disappointing.
