Why I am not able to create account on niyo sbm,the process always stops at ckyc database entry not,however i have my ckyc registered on kra .

We are unable to fetch your complete details through the CKYC servers, due to which we are unable to proceed with your account creation process. How much it would take to resolve the issue as i want to order the card because i will be going next month outside india.
