About dealy in account-creation

I started creating NIYO account and completed KYC and other requirements. It’s been 16days still it is showing your account is under processing. Iam trying to call customer care and tried to reach out through mail but No response.I don’t know whom to contact with my query .So I kindly request you to create my account as soon as possible as I am in the need of urgency .If you require any other information let me know.Looking forward to hear from you.
